job description
For one of our customers in telecom we are looking to staff a professional second line application support. We’re looking for 4 people on our payroll and 4 freelance/subcontracting for at least a 1 year period.
mandatory skills
 Good knowledge of Oracle - PL/SQL (Store Procedures, Fine tuned DB Queries)
 Good knowledge of Unix or VMS or J2EE
 basic ITIL knowledge (training can be provided)
 Dutch/ French/English
 Knowledge of tools like SQL Programmer/SQL Developer, XML Spy
 Order processing/fulfillment area in telecom (mobile service)

 Assertive and patient
 Strong written/verbal communication, interacts well
 Self motivated and handle tasks independently
 Ability to learn fast
 Team player
 Problem solving skills
