(AN) For one of our customers in energy we are looking, preferably, for a freelance :business analyst/ process / Business Process Architect to be the single point of contact for the business for big IT project. Able to deal with the business requirements/business needs and align them with the IT is providing. Starting with a 6 month assignment period. Starting date: this summer.
mandatory skills
 Business and IT Challenges oriented
 Focus on business processes, adaptability from Sales, Marketing, contracts, billings,..
 ERP Implementation and Upgrade - SAP
 Able to lead  workshops related to high level analysis
 Bilingual: Dutch and English and preferable also French.
soft skills
 Knowledge in Project Management
 A former work experience in an Energy company is an asset.
 Experience in back office/ customer service.
 Team player
 Problem solving skills
