Context of the mission:
The role is situated in the CIB Capital Markets IT PMO & Management Support team. The team covers all staff functions for the CIB Capital Markets IT and has the following challenges in 2010:
- ensure smooth transition into the new organization (from IT to business)
- implement a time writing tool
- implement a project follow up methodology for Business As Usual activities
- implement a financial follow up processes
- ensure coherence of Business As Usual and Integration related reporting and processes
- ensure qualitative management information is available for senior management

Language requirement: Sound knowledge of English, Dutch and French.

Required level and content of education: University graduate or equivalent through experience

Business experience required
- Over 7 years of professional experience, of which at least 6 months in an IT environment
- Program Management Office practices
- Experience in project management
- Project Management Methodology (Prince2 or other…)
- Experience in transforming data into management information and present it in an effective way
- Basic Financial and accounting skills
Preferable: - Knowledge of: CMMI, ITIL, Information Systems Auditing, Experience in coaching

Technical experience required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
Preferable: - Other MS Office applications: Word, Access
- Working knowledge of Clarity
- Optional:
o SAP
o Able to automate applications via Visual Basic

Objective of the job
§ Analyse data (financials, project related,..) and transform it into management information
§ Daily follow up of purchases versus budget
§ Be a driver in creating and executing the transition into the new organization
§ Be a driver in the implementation of a project follow up methodology for Business As Usual activities
§ Prepare management information independently
§ Build monthly management reporting via slides and graphs
§ Coach junior team members if required
