At Aston Carter International we are currently looking for a CRM Strategy and Implementation Manager (Senior Position)

More information about the CRM Strategy and Implementation Manager we search:

· Language skills: bilingual (Dutch and French)
· Contract duration: 12 months (intention to extend to 3 years)
· Starting date: immediately
· Working location: Brussels
· Area of work: ERP Project
· Reporting line: ERP Project Management

=> What are the responsibilities of the CRM Strategy and Implementation Manager:

· Leading project manager for the design and implementation of the CRM functionalities, processes and systems based upon SAP CRM.
· Managing a combined team of 20 internal and external CRM functional and technical experts. The span of control will increase overtime as well as the number of resources managed.
· Analyse and assess client needs and requirements.
· Design the CRM vision/strategy of our client.
· Lead the various implementation tracks.
· Consult with executives enterprise-wide on strategic CRM objectives and recommend how customer data and channel/relationship management can determine customer requirements and needs.
· Overseeing development of CRM data infrastructure, customer data marts.

=> Required experience:

· A proven experience (6 years or more) experience in the core SAP CRM modules Sales, Marketing and Service, CIC.
· Demonstrated track record in designing CRM strategies and processes.
· Keen understanding of how SAP CRM models work technically.
· Proven experience in the following work areas:
§ Sales Force Automation
§ CRM B2B Sales
§ CRM call center sales and services
§ CRM marketing and analytics
§ CRM consumers
§ Partner relationship management (channel management)
§ CRM process redesign and improvement
§ Planning the implementation of CRM activities
§ Web/internet sales/services/marketing
§ Multi-channel integration

=> Other required skills of the CRM Strategy and Implementation Manager:

· Pro-active and result orientated
· Excellent writing and presentation skills
· Extensive experience in managing CRM project deliverables, budgets and translate business requirements in measurable project deliverables.
· Extensive team lead skills/experience are a must.
