1. Context of the mission
Fortis Insurance Belgium is actively searching a Group leader / Project leader to coordinate a
patrimonium team which gives support to projects for applications in all kind of technologies: Web,
.NET, COBOL, Websphere,...
The team recently extended his scope and there\'s a real need of central coordination of capacity,
demand, planning,...

2. Period mission
Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: 1 year with possibility to extend according to the project planning.

3. Language requirement
Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus.

4. Localisation of the job
Brussels (near North Station)

6. Objective of the job
ß Coordinate a patrimonium team (8-12 people)
ß Plan, prioritize and assign tasks to the appropriate resources in the team
ß Follow-up of the activities: can deadlines be kept, progress,...
ß Escalate & take appropriate actions for planning or capacity issues
ß Coach and follow the project leader in their projects
ß Manage projects end to end.
ß Manage budgets
ß Monitor progress on budgets & report, escalate, take countermeasures when issues
ß Manage the boundaries with other IS teams
ß Report to the IS team manager and the client
