Lead Developer - Websphere Portal (ref: 1274WBLD)

1. Context of the mission
In the context of a major program, Fortis Bank is looking for a Lead Developer for the Technical
Competence Centre (TCC).

Due to the separation from Fortis Bank NL, a new TCC is being setup in Brussels to support and
maintain all Websphere applications. There is a specific need for an experienced Websphere Portal
Lead Developer.

2. Period mission
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 6 months with possible extension.

3. Language requirement
Sound knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English)


4. Localisation of the job
Brussels (near Central Station) but need to travel regularly to the Netherlands (Amstelveen and/or
Rotterdam)

6. Objective of the job
The Lead Developer candidate will take the technical lead of the developers and actively participate to:
- Technical Knowledge Transfer from the NL to Belgium
- Setup of the Websphere Portal development & build environments in the TCC in Brussels
- Support & maintenance of the Websphere Portal applications software

His tasks include software development.
