Business Analyst

1. Context of the mission

Our client is developing an IT-platform for defined contribution Group Insurance.

We are actively searching a Business Analyst. In the team development e-benefits oriented towards defining

new processes and products, he/she takes part in the analysis and the optimum design of the business

processes and the organisation circuits.

2. Period mission

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 6 months with possible extension.

3. Language requirement

Sound knowledge of French or Dutch. (Bilingualism desired), passive knowledge of English (all

documentation is written in English).

4. Localisation of the job

Brussels (near North Station)

Required level and content of

education

University graduate or experienced bachelor.

Personal skills

Mandatory: Critical mind, accurate work, team player

Preferable: Communicative, Stable, Autonomy

Business experience required

Mandatory: Preliminary experience in business analyse

Preferable: Experience in Insurance

Technical experience required

Mandatory: Microsoft Office tools (Windows, Word, Excel,

Access, Powerpoint)

Preferable: MS Visio + SQL

Functional experience required

Mandatory: Project methodology

Preferable: Preliminary experience in Life Insurance (Group

Insurance) or insurance in general

6. Objective of the job

- He/she organises and coordinates the approach of all necessary action and projects for development of new

products/functionalities in consultation between the agents of the entities concerned.

- He/she presents improvements of the business processes and ensures that they are put concretely in

functioning

- He/she establishes the charge books concerned (process description) and communicates/hands over these to

the data processing services; he/she is also responsible for the acceptance tests (and carry out letter).

- He/she responsible for the correct functioning of all business processes and organisation circuits within

its/her functional field is delimited
