DescriptionBeing part of the 3rd line service delivery team, you will mainly manage the EMC² storage environments of our customers. In that role, you will actively cooperate with the remote 2nd line support team, and guard the quality of the service delivered by this 2nd line team As System Engineer, you will: Participate in the design, storage/backup config setup and maintenance of the storage and backup environment Besides the day-to-day management of the systems, also advise and guide the customer into new technologies in the backup and storage area. If you have these qualities, we invite you to become an Atos Original. Job requirementsIf you have: A degree at Bachelor or Master level Some 4 -5 years\' experience as storage/backup admin. A broad experience in the EMC² and optionally in HP and SUN storage architecture with good knowledge of backup software (Legato - Data Protector knowledge is a plus) Experience in switch management (Brocade/Cisco/ Mac Data) . And you are: Familiar with ITIL processes Able to build a trustworthy relationship with clients based on your knowledge and insights towards their infrastructure Assertive Service minded Team player Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English Then you are the person we are looking for!
