Senior IT Strategy Expert - Brussel

Voor een zeer goede klant is ASTON CARTER op zoek naar een zeer ervaren expert die mede de IT strategie van het bedrijf voor de toekomst kan uittekenen.

Hierbij de profielbeschrijving:

· Level: senior manager

· Language skills: NL/FR (IMPORTANT)

· Contract duration: 12 months but likely to be extended

· Starting date: immediately (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE)

· Working location: Brussels

· Reporting to: ERP director

Job description/responsibilities:



1.Assist in the development and execution of the IT strategy, IT organisation/governance and IT delivery plan

2.Assesment of client needs and translation into overall IT plan


Required competencies:


3.Minimum 15/20 years of experience at C-level or C-1 level workshops


4.Experience in blue chip companies on IT strategy, IT governance and IT performance


5.Demonstrated knowledge base on all of the following:

. IT strategy

. IT organisation design and governance

. IT sourcing and outsourcing

. IT financial planning

. IT process development

. excellent verbal and written communication skills

. experience with standard applications (preferably SAP) both in implementation and support

. experience with setting up/managing legacy applications/ERP competence centres

. experience with business to IT-alignment

. experience with hardware/infrastructure/end user computing teams or having them managed

. experience with partial out tasking/outsourcing project

. extensive knowledge of the Belgian/Benelux market of IT providers

. experience with HR and change management
