DescriptionBeing part of the Managed Operations team, you will mainly manage the Windows / VMWare ESX environments of our customers. In that role, you will actively cooperate with the remote 2nd line support team. As system engineer, you will: Interact with the customer Take up the responsibility for the technical execution and implementation of projects and provide follow-up of the daily activities according to the SLA and the defined back-office processes Advice and guide the customer into new technologies and you will coordinate the projects in the virtualization area. Excellent knowledge of W2K + W2003 In depth knowledge Citrix Knowledge Exchange, Active Directory, MOM, SMS Knowledge of backup tooling, Archserve, Veritas backup tooling Scripting capabilities Good documentation skills And you are: Familiar with the ITIL processes. Problem solver Result oriented Teamplayer Assertive Able to build a trustworthy relationship with clients based on your knowledge and insights towards their infrastructure. Willing to participate in a standby rotation (but as escalation level). Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English Then you are the person we are looking for!
