Responsibilities:
 Assist the senior workforce planning expert in the analysis of the current planning systems and the preparation of the future workforce planning strategy
 Prepare application portfolio map of current planning systems
 Define the current users and AS-IS functionalities currently in use or not being used
 Assist in the definition of future functional needs
 Assist in the preparation of future processes
 Assist in the final selection and implementation of the future planning system

Required functional/technical knowledge:
 Experience in process mapping
 Experience in workflow planning systems as a user would be considered as an asset
 Knowledge of SAP HR models would be considered as an asset

Other requirements:
 Pro-active attitude
 Able to operate independently
 Excellent writing skills
