Project Business Analyst - Brussel

We are actively searching for a senior business analyst for the domain Customers. He/she will have to meet the profile described below.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Active knowledge of Dutch, French and English
Location: Brussels with possible short assignments outside Belgium

Required level and content of education:

Personal skills

· Being able to participate in and manage deliveries for large projects: taking initiatives, be proactive, open minded, pragmatic and result driven.
· Building and maintaining good relationships within PPPM, with the Business Lines and
different departments of IT.
· Reporting clearly.
· Dynamic and flexible.

Business experience required

· High analytical skills
· Data Quality orientation
· Knowledge of customer data management processes, manipulation of data, and tools that
are used in this domain.

Functional experience required

· Process modelling skills
· Data management skills : comparing customer data from different sources, performing in depth
data analysis; knowledge of data synchronization mechanisms.
· MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS
Powerpoint.
· Preferable: Prince 2 Project Methodology

Technical experience required

Preferable: · Visual Basic, SAS, any data quality tool

OBJECTIVE: Participate actively with different integration projects in the customer data management domain; perform in depth analysis – analysis quality and overlap between different data sources -, and write detailed business requirements for data reconciliation processes.
