This is an update of an earlier job description. At Aston Carter we are still searching for a Functional Management Reporting Expert - Operational processes for one of our clients.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Brussels
Languages: Dutch AND French (Required!)

• Responsibilities:
- Definition of KPI’s and management reports for all operational processes: supply chain management, planning maintenance & production processes.
- Analysis of new management reporting requirements
- Workshops with senior and middle management to define management reporting requirements
- Implementing and promoting BI processes in the business
- Strengthening the knowledge of the BI team: knowledge of business processes and concepts; knowledge of KPI’s …

• Required functional/technical knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain processes (purchasing, transport, warehouse management, shipping, production planning and manufacturing execution is a must
- Experience with management reporting: definition of KPI’s, definition of management reports, writing of functional specifications and implementation of the reports and support the business in using them.
- Design and implementation of management reporting processes: weekly/monthly/quarterly reports; release and distribution of those reports; analysis of the reports and definition of actions.
- Experience with design and implementation of governance structures
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience organizing workshops with senior and middle management
- Excellent writing and documentation skills

• Required knowledge of SAP modules:
- Minimal functional knowledge of BI systems:
== SAP BW is a great plus
== Knowledge of other reporting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP PP, PS, PM is considered as an asset
