Profile Project Manager
Tasks: -Plan and manage projects to deploy and support business application services throughout the region, within agreed timeline, quality and budget -Engage the Business teams (regional/area/countries) as a trusted advisor/partner in addressing the business needs/requirements and service management areas -Responsible for proactively managing and improving services including SLA¿s and relevant Business KPI¿s -Manage infrastructure, resources and cross-functional technical activities to meet business objectives -Coordinate with Portfolio Program Managers in terms of technical support for regional development projects, and subsequent Beta support Skills -Experience in project management and preferably with industry recognized project management qualifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) -Experience in IT service management is preferred -Good understanding and working knowledge of methodology and structured approach to project management (planning, risk management, communications, etc.) -Demonstrate strong leadership in managing own team and cross-functional teams to achieve goals. -Good understanding of IT service management concepts. Experience in an IT support organization is advantageous. -Demonstrate ability to work with all levels of the organization. -Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to work with others outside of formal reporting/ line management structure to achieve results. -Ability to manage complex project (including but not limited to managing multi-stakeholders, cultural diversity and/or multiple geographical areas, etc.)
