Business analyst (IT Asset Management and Configuration Management) to start as soon as possible for 5 months (extendable) Required Skills : Pragmatic, diplomat, focus on result Good English writings Position Description : With the IT Asset Manager, you will analyze the current ITAM (IT Asset Management) process and its interaction with the future Oracle ERP integration. Hereto you will interview stakeholders and clients, investigate the configuration management module of Oracle ERP suite and define the impact and potential issues of this solution. Objective is to deliver a recommendation on proceeding with the Oracle configuration asset management module or not. Afterwards you will collect all business requirements and integrate them in a Business Case for the ITAM tool replacement. Essential Experience required : Candidate must have a good knowledge of: - Configuration management module of Oracle Finance - Best practice in Asset Management, Configuration Management and Change Management - Integration with ERP tools - IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) expertise Language skills required : English, French, Dutch Required travel description : Some travel to France and UK will be necessary to interview and meet some people
