To support the implementation of the Change, Configuration and Release Management programme, the process engineer/analyst will participate in several of the projects. These projects are organized around 5 objectives: organizational, governance, processes, tools and alignment. The process engineer/analyst will participate or take the lead in - Documenting As-Is CCRM processes & governance - defining To-Be CCRM related scope - defining To-Be CCRM related processes - defining To-Be CCRM related roles & responsibilities - mapping To-Be CCRM related roles on an organizational model - defining To-Be governance model for CCRM - establishing a To-Be process & tools alignment - preparing communication & training - Implementation planning & hand-over of the above Required skills - Conceptual and analytical thinker - Team worker with consensus building abilities - Good communicator (written & spoken) - (Business) Process modeling Essential Experience required - Knowledge of Change management, Configuration management, Release management, ITIL certification a plus - Practical experience in designing and implementing ITIL processes in a complex IT environment - Experience in managing workshops, training & coaching - Familiar with CCRM tools Language skills required
