Computer Futures Solutions is looking for an IT Process Analyst. This person will support the Project Leader. This person will be gathering documentation, requirements and information for the project. The project involved is re-implementation of a service desk for a large multi-national. Within the project you will be responsible for: Reviewing, updating and filling gaps in documentation, Analyse process, Support Project leader. Skills and experience needed: University Degree, Knowledge and interest of IT processes, Knowledge of ITIL is preferred, Skills in process mapping (starter or entry level), Excellent knowledge of English. This function is only for those who have 1 years of experience in IT.
