Our client is the market leader in insurance for large and medium national and international companies, offering customised and specialised services in the field of risk management and insurance.For its Processes & Operational Risk unit, we are looking for a Project Manager.Role and responsibilities:• Supporting the management and all employees in the strategic and operational optimisation of business processes• Supporting employees during the transition to a process driven and result oriented organisational culture• Providing expertise as an ‘internal consultant’ outside the core insurance activities.• Defining and analysing key processes• When finalised, ensuring the new processes are firmly embedded in the organisation.• Based on excellent communication skills and drive, acting as a spokesperson for the organisation and management, being able to offer qualitative signals and adviceThe manager needs to act as a ‘change agent’ and coach and guide the organisation and its employees. He/she needs to be able to measure effort and result and make procedures and processes transparent to the entire work forceProfile:• A university education with at least 5 years of professional experience.• Proven experience in project management, process management or similar techniques.• Fluent in Dutch and French.• Knowledge of project management methods, techniques and tools• Independent worker• Affinity with new technologies and improvement methods (change management, re-engineering)Competences:- Analytical mindset, insight in processes and procedures;- Hands-on attitude;- Strong communicator;- Independent worker;- Good coaching and training skills.
