Bergler is voor haar eindklant op zoek naar kandidaten die voldoen aan onderstaand profiel (Profiel in het Engels):Function: Recruitment Officer External Staffing - JB20071224Required knowledge and personal skills:- General knowledge of the ICT sector.- Good understanding of technical IT terms, acronyms and concepts.- Eye for detail and ability to read and analyse a Curriculum Vitae.- Ability to work according to set procedures, in an autonomous manor.- Ability to analyse large quantities of information in a short period of time.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Open minded and positive personality.- Discretion, diplomacy, flexibility.- Able to take on an advisory role towards internal clients.Required experience:- 3 to 5 years total experience in (preferably several different) IT related function(s)OR- 3 to 5 years experience in commercial recruiting role for IT profiles.- Candidate needs to be able to combine knowledge of technical concepts used in IT with recruitment (and selection) responsibilities.Objective of the job:As recruitment officer, your work directly under the manager of the Competence Centre and you are responsible for following tasks:- Acting as an interface on recruitment issues and handling any day to day questions, concerns andproblems from our internal clients.- You participate in analyzing and clarifying the business requirements together with the internalclient in order to define the right profile and job description.- Management of the Generic Job Description Library, which acts as a database with job descriptiontemplates.- First screening of received cv\\\\\\\'s based on quality, to identify the best candidates.- Managing the candidate database, assuring that the information is up-to-date.- In collaboration with management and business partners, evaluating existing procedures and proposing improvements.- Building good and productive working relationships with the team, key divisional personnel andinternal clients.- Giving advice to internal clients, analysing recruitment process and proposing solutions in case ofdifficult to fill job openings.- Management of Recruitment and Selection Documentation, giving advise to internal clients on their selection procedures and on occasion giving training on selection methods.- Management of the feedback process between the Competence Centre and internal clients and also between the Competence Centre and our suppliers.- Regular reporting of activities to the manager of the department.Language requirement:- Sound knowledge of English (fluent in reading and writing)- Good knowledge of French and/or DutchFulltime/Part-time:FulltimeStart Date:As soon as possibleDuration:At least 6 months, depending on the project it should be renew for 1 yearLocation:Region BrusselsRemarks:- Please be so kind to send all CV\'s in EnglishReageren?
