websphere portal architect Gent / Belgium Dutch speaker ONLY Infrastructure expert defining functional and non functional requirements

For a key customer we are looking for a Websphere Portal Expert for a project taking place in Belgium, in Gent (Eastern Flanders).
The consultant (he/she) must speak DUTCH (Nederlands).

The project consists of an implementation of a Websphere Portal for Intranet.
The function of the websphere portal architect/expert will be made up of:
- defining functional specifications/requirements
- defining non functional requirements
for a websphere portal (WCM, PDM, Portlets)

The consultant will also be expected to define Architecture Blueprint as well as hardware and software specifications.

There is a first 2 months contract which should be extended afterwards.
